Are you a skilled and certified Automotive Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a growing organization, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our fleet and equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Service, diagnose, and repair heavy and light trucks, as well as heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles and equipment.
• Utilize related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
• Accurately document all repairs performed and time taken.
• Maintain high safety standards by continuously identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Conduct inspections on vehicles and trailers.
• Train and mentor junior apprentices to foster skill development and team growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Journeyman in Heavy-Duty or Automotive Technician trade.
• Previous experience working with heavy equipment is an asset.
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the trade.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A or 3A is preferred.
• Welding experience is an asset.
