About This Position

The Role at a Glance:

This role will support the successful execution of assigned project scopes, working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations. You play a key role in coordinating field activities, maintaining communication across stakeholders, and helping keep projects on schedule and within scope. In this role, you contribute to a positive client experience by supporting delivery quality, addressing issues as they arise, and reinforcing standards across all aspects of execution.


How You’ll Contribute

You will collaborate with project teams and vendors to execute assigned scopes of work, ensuring activities are completed on time, to specification, and in accordance with client expectations, KPIs, and SLAs. You provide direction to vendors by clearly communicating project objectives, schedules, responsibilities, and compliance requirements, while reinforcing safe work practices and adherence to risk and procedural guidelines. You monitor progress against timelines and milestones, helping identify delays or bottlenecks and supporting adjustments to keep delivery on track.

You will assist in identifying and mitigating risks, including logistical challenges, safety concerns, and regulatory compliance issues, while helping ensure alignment with applicable standards and requirements. You support project financial performance by maintaining awareness of scope, budget considerations, and changes in work, escalating updates and providing necessary details for change orders when applicable.

You will contribute to project closeout by supporting documentation, including pre- and post-project requirements, asset tracking, and final deliverables. You help capture lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for improvement to strengthen future execution. Throughout the project lifecycle, you collaborate with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues in the field, maintaining professional, solutions-oriented relationships. You also perform other related duties as needed to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Education/Work Experience

Preferred 2+ years of experience supporting project delivery in environments such as workplace relocations, facilities, construction coordination, or similar operational project settings
