Provider Experience Representative at Sweetgrass Pharmacy Carolina Park – Mt Pleasant, South Carolina

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Provider Support Specialist to be the go-to resource for our dynamic Outside Sales Team and valued provider network. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for provider offices, ensuring they receive timely, professional, and effective support across the entire customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first line of support for provider offices and our Outside Sales Team, resolving inquiries with confidence and care
  
• Onboard new providers and clinics, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their partnership with us
  
• Keep provider records and notes organized and up-to-date, maintaining accuracy across systems
  
• Facilitate seamless order management, tracking and following up to ensure efficiency and satisfaction
  
• Provide overflow assistance for order entry and step in to support production and packing operations when needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; State and National Pharmacy Technician Certification required within 6 months of assuming PER role.
• =1 year customer service, sales support, or healthcare operations experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Pleasant, solutions-oriented demeanor; excellent phone and written communication.
• Strong ability to prospect/triage via phone and email; collaborative team player.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; comfort with tracking systems and templates.
