About This Position
Under the responsibility of the Production Management team, the position holder supports production and packaging operations, strictly complying with health and safety standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Transport finished product bags to the storage area using a forklift.
Manage tank levels and keep the packaging station operational.
Perform packaging tasks.
Print and properly apply labels on bags.
Collect product samples.
Apply safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
Collaborate with the shift team (shift handover communication, daily coordination).
Complete production/control documents as required and report maintenance needs.
Perform other reasonable related duties connected to the role and operations.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work in a production environment (noise, dust/products, production pace).
Standing work, repetitive handling, ability to move loads (according to health & safety standards).
Work Schedule
Rotating day/night shifts – 12 hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
Four‑week schedule, rotating Sunday to Saturday:
Week 1: 4 workdays (12 hours), 3 days off
Week 2: 3 workdays (12 hours), 4 days off
(following weeks according to internal rotation)
Possibility of overtime depending on needs.
Salary
between $29.05 and $31.46 per hour

Job Requirements
Good oral understanding of French
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months in a similar position
Good physical endurance

Availability to work various shifts: days, evenings, nights, and weekends
