Junior Payroll Associate Experience in Customer Service only ¡Immediate hiring! at Distro – Mérida, Baja California

At SOLVO GLOBAL SAS, we are looking for a Payroll Associate for our site in Mexico - MERIDA YUCATAN. This position DOES NOT REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL OR ACCOUNTING, ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE - NO SENIOR PROFILES.

ONSITE: Merida, Yucatan: Sede Merida Enterwork - Avenida Yucatan 555, Jardines de Vista Alegre II, 97135. Enterwork, segundo piso Plaza Odara

Schedule: Availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for shift assignments. These may be: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

REQUIREMENTS:

English: B2+ - C1 Stable work experience as a Customer Service Representative: 1 Year or accounting internships

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and manage payroll for multiple clients.

Manage the workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations.

Understand payroll taxation.

Accurately process calculations for wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax liens.

Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual reports.
