Health Sciences Core Research Facilities - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26000834)

Immunologic Monitoring and Cellular Products Laboratory seeks a self motivated individual to support the Facility Manager in maintaining facility systems, utilities, and equipment in a qualified and validated state in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Ensures cleanroom environments remain under controlled conditions by coordinating environmental monitoring, facility controls, and contamination-prevention measures to safeguard product quality and patient safety.

The individual will work as part of a team to manage laboratory purchasing, equipment maintenance and monitoring systems. The candidate must be well organized and is expected to communicate in a timely manner to lab requests. The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Some evening and weekends are required.


Job Summary

Performs a variety of independent and complex laboratory work and experiments. Analyzes and interprets data, compiles results, and prepares reports. Maintains inventory, ordering, and logs. Writes manuscripts and grant proposals and prepares data visualizations.
