About This Position

Description:

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. This role will serve as a liaison for external groups & providers from their medical team members. The Company Liaison will:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and address key areas for improving patient experiences, ensuring a supportive and healing environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals, define metrics, and establish benchmarks for experience-related performance specific to behavioral health services.
  • Partner with staff on provider education and outreach. Identify gaps, and work to develop and implement education efforts.
  • Establish and maintain clinical and community relationships for referral services and business opportunities for the business. Create and maintain calendar events, referral tracking and reporting.
  • Use data-driven insights and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI for current & new programming. Refine strategies and make informed decisions that enhance the patient’s experience.
  • Serve as the spokesperson for events and will conduct outreach presentations at local meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Maintain analytical assessment of current, past and possible future referral targets.
  • Requires travel to locations within referral network in the greater Tucson area and work collaboratively with other company liaisons.
  • Develop weekly reporting on all duties listed above.
  • Recruit Licensed Therapists
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or another related field (3+ years)
  • Experience in healthcare (3+ years)
  • Must have established connections and contacts within local/regional healthcare communities
  • Travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area, and other areas of AZ as needed (required)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
