Job Description:

PROGRAM SR DIRECTOR

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Sr Director. Manage a team of technical professionals spread across multiple programs or tasks. Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, recruiting, contracts, accounting etc.) and external customers to meet business goals.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Program Sr Director, the work you'll do at Praxis Engineering will be impactful to the intelligence community.
• Lead a significant portion of the Praxis portfolio and a critical national security relevant program
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Business Development to develop and implement growth strategies for on-contract and portfolio growth
• Drive technical excellence, customer partnership, and financial outcomes

• Foster a collaborative, employee-centric culture

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to Praxis. The Program Sr Director must have:

• Past experience supervising technical staff

• Program Management experience

• Proposal experience

• Experience leading large teams (20+ people)

• Understanding of program/project financials

• Strong business acumen

• Culture / Personality fit with management team and technical staff

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Strong MPO customer experience and mission knowledge

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Experience supporting recruiting/hiring and staffing process

• PMI PMP certified

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role

The likely salary range for this position is $238,000 - $322,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
