About Pryon:
Were a team of AI, technology, and language experts whose DNA lives in Alexa, Siri, Watson, and virtually every human language technology product on the market. Now were building an industry-leading knowledge management and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform. Our proprietary, cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences that increase productivity with unmatched accuracy and speed.

We are looking for a deeply technical and highly adaptable Partner Engineer to join our Partnership Team. This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the intersection of Pryons R&D, Go-to-Market (GTM), and our growing partner ecosystem. Your mission is to address the greatest challenges customers face in AI by building cutting-edge integrations and driving proof-of-value solutions with our most strategic partners.
In This Role You Will be Responsible For:
  • Deliver proof of value: Design, build, and deliver proof of value through technical integration between Pryons platform and partner technologies.
  • Experimentation: Proactively "sandbox" and test emerging partner technologies to find new ways to enhance Pryons core value proposition
  • Technical Evangelism: Create reference architectures, technical blog posts, speak at events, and developer documentation to enable partners to build with Pryon.
  • Collaborate with R&D: Act as a feedback loop between the partner ecosystem and our internal Product/Engineering teams, ensuring our roadmap is informed by the latest industry shifts and partner needs.
  • Solution Architecting: Work alongside the GTM team to architect technical solutions that leverage partner capabilities and Pryon.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Deep AI technical roots: Good understanding the AI landscape with hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically LLMs, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience with Agent builders and configuring/deploying enterprise connectors for data systems will especially be useful.
  • Developer mindset: Proficiency and experience working with REST/GQL APIs, cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes) and modern DevOps tools.
  • Partner centric curiosity: An eagerness to dive into different partner tech stacks across hardware, software and services partners.
  • Rapid earning: The ability to go deep into Pryons platform and understand how to work with partners to help extract value to solve their challenges.
  • Strategic communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Series B Grit: A builder mentality that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where technology is evolving fast, and the impact of your work is immediate.
Benefits for Full Time Employees:
