Dining Room Server

Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and friendly full-time Dining Room Server to join our team at our senior living community. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and committed to creating a positive atmosphere for our residents during their meals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner

- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and accurately

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Respond promptly to residents' needs and preferences

- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic dining environment

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow

- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
