Location: Near Loop 202 & S Cooper Rd (Cross streets: Cooper Rd & E Pecos Rd)

Description:
Divine Group Management LLC is opening a new DDD-licensed group home, Morelos House, and we are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team. This home will support male teenagers in a structured, supportive, and person-centered environment.

We are seeking candidates who have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those who are willing to learn and grow in the field. If you are dependable, patient, and passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and supervision to members in the home and community
Assist with daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and routines
Support behavioral programs and follow individualized plans
Encourage independence and positive social interactions
Maintain a safe and structured environment
Complete documentation and communicate with the team as needed

Available Shifts:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overnight shifts
Weekend day and overnight shifts
(Schedule will be finalized as the home becomes fully operational)

Qualifications:
Experience in DDD, caregiving, or behavioral health preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and follow support plans
Reliable, patient, and professional
Must pass background check and meet DDD requirements
