Job Overview
We are seeking a technical, detail-oriented operations professional to support the Primark account by owning the coordination of hardware logistics, inventory management, and field service execution.
This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure, supply chain, and field operations, ensuring that the right equipment, resources, and technicians are aligned to successfully deliver new store deployments and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with technical hardware, understands how field deployments operate, and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. This is not just a coordination role—you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, accurately, and without disruption.
Primary Responsibilities
Hardware Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Own end-to-end hardware inventory management for the Primark account, including:
- Equipment orders
- Store kits
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Maintenance and spare stock
- Ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and timely delivery to support store launches and maintenance activities.
Technician Assignment & Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule for:
- New store deployments
- Cabling and infrastructure work
- Hardware installation and support
- Align technician assignments based on skillset, scope, and timing
- Act as the central coordination point between field teams, logistics, and account leadership
- Monitor field activity to ensure work is completed according to scope and standards
- Occasional travel may be required to support store launches, site walkthroughs, or field activities.
Contract Support & Coordination
- Act as a secondary support resource to the Program Manager and Technical Lead.
- Assist with logistics, coordination, and execution tasks required to support the Primark account.
- Ensure contracted logistics deliverables are executed accurately and consistently.
Secondary & Value-Add Responsibilities
Service Operations Support
- Assist with triage and coordination of maintenance calls as needed.
- Support SLA tracking and operational reporting in partnership with account leadership.
- Help oversee technicians while onsite to ensure scope adherence and quality execution.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Support creation of quotes and placement of customer orders.
- Receive purchase orders and coordinate with accounting to support invoicing workflows.
- Assist with resolving billing or inventory-related discrepancies.
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, installations, and field activity.
- Ensure records are current and audit-ready across systems and shared tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and processes
Technical & Vendor Support
- Coordinate and support deployment of IT infrastructure including:
- Switches, and network connectivity
- POS systems and store technology
- Payment devices (PEDs) and peripherals
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware and connectivity issues prior to escalation
- Own and track hardware RMA processes, ensuring timely replacement and minimal downtime
- Partner with Technical Leads to validate installation quality and adherence to standards
- Act as a liaison between field technicians and technical teams to translate issues into actionable next steps

Requirements:Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, service operations, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of:
- Networking concepts (IP connectivity, routers, switches)
- Hardware deployment workflows
- Structured cabling environments
- Experience supporting or coordinating IT deployments in retail or multi-site environments (preferred)
Strong experience with inventory management, ordering, and coordination of field resources.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High attention to detail and comfort working in operational, process-driven environments.
