- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing inside sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent
- Define territory planning, account segmentation, and capacity models to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Own revenue targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment and predictable sales performance
- Lead pipeline reviews and forecasting processes to maintain accuracy and visibility into business performance
- Coach team members through deal strategy, call reviews, and sales methodologies to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Establish and enforce sales processes, including CRM discipline, stage definitions, and exit criteria
- Partner with Revenue Operations to implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation quality and campaign effectiveness
- Align with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and retention
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize productivity, and scale operations effectively
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including 3–5+ years managing inside sales teams with quota responsibility
- Proven track record in managing transactional or mid-market sales cycles (typically 30–90 days)
- Demonstrated success leading teams with individual quotas and delivering consistent revenue growth
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution discipline
- Experience building and scaling inside sales functions, including hiring and developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or similar frameworks
- Industry experience in automotive, SaaS, data, or financial services environments preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional stakeholders
