About This Position

Sterile Processing Tech

$5,000 sign-on bonus- must be certified to qualify

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting the activities of the sterile processing department. Responsibilities include decontamination, sterilization, assembly, and distribution of sterile items to the OR and throughout the hospital.

Position Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Certifications: Certification with (IAHCSMM) preferred.
Special Skills: Knowledge of case cart system. Ability to take call and work weekends. Ability to multitask and manage multiple tray systems.
Experience: One year experience in Sterile Processing preferred.
