Accountabilities- Implement and govern controls for revenue recognition standards.
- Lead a global team in ensuring accuracy in financial operations.
- Standardize and enhance reporting processes using digital tools.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses for compliance.
- Review contractual agreements to identify accounting impacts.
- Oversee month-end close activities and revenue reconciliation.
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve revenue issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Degree in accounting or finance.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS 15.
