Are you a compassionate Caregiver, CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide who enjoys helping seniors live safely at home?

At Visiting Angels, our caregivers provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

We are currently hiring part-time and full-time caregivers with flexible schedules and shifts ranging from 1–12 hours.

Minimum Availability

12 hours during weekdays
8 hours every other weekend
Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including incontinence care)
Prepare light meals and assist with daily routines
Perform light housekeeping and organization
Encourage mobility and social engagement
Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
Follow care plans and complete shift documentation

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle and car insurance in your name
Must be able to travel within Charlotte / Union County (20–40 minutes)
Must live in Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Mint Hill, or Union County
Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report
Preferred (Not Required)
CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, or Companion Care provider
