The Parts Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The Warehouse Assistant will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Parts Maintenance
- Perform inventory counts and keep records up to date.
- Pull parts to fulfill work orders for the service team.
- Identify core parts and make sure they are returned to supplier by the deadline date.
- Track the usage of oil, coolant, and other supplies.
- Pick up parts from suppliers and deliver parts as needed.
- Responsible for tracking tools and equipment.
- Assist in identifying scrap material.
- Operate forklifts to move or store inventory.
- Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with various tasks in the Used Parts Department.
- Responsible for receiving all parts of the Purchase Order and distributing parts to the appropriate department.
Safety
- Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.
- Wear proper PPE when necessary
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
- Valid Texas driver license
EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
- Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks
TALENTS
- Read & write in English
- Reliable
- Good driving record
- Self-Starter
- Teamwork
- Basic computer skills, Word & Excel
