WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an AM Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:

• Create culinary masterpieces inspired by Giada De Laurentiis' Roman heritage, infused with fresh California flavors.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the high standards of Luna by Giada, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection.
• Work with premium ingredients, from fresh local produce to the finest cuts of meat, crafting a menu that reflects our dedication to quality and authenticity.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Innovate and contribute ideas for menu development, staying true to the vibrant and upscale atmosphere of Caesars Republic.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
