In this role, you will play a key part in driving international growth within the mobile gaming ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential game developers and publishers into strategic partners. You will manage the full commercial lifecycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and contract closure, contributing directly to the expansion of innovative mobile game distribution services. Acting as both a sales expert and industry advisor, you will help partners understand value creation and revenue potential while shaping long-term collaborations. You will also serve as a vital link between external studios and internal product, marketing, and technical teams, ensuring continuous feedback loops. This position is ideal for someone passionate about mobile gaming, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to influence a rapidly evolving global industry. You will represent the company at international events and help strengthen its presence in the mobile gaming market.
- Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with mobile game developers and publishers across international markets, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, clearly communicating the value proposition and ROI of mobile game growth and distribution services.
- Maintain and develop a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with service offerings and roadmap priorities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Collect and relay partner feedback to support continuous improvement of products, integrations, and go-to-market strategies.
- 3–4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within mobile gaming, app technology, or digital services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong, qualified pipelines through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Experience identifying and engaging key decision-makers within game studios or technology companies.
- Strong understanding or interest in mobile gaming ecosystems, including F2P models, SDKs, APIs, and digital distribution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
