Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) Case Management Assistant to support our legal operations team. This role involves assisting with the coordination and management of legal cases, administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in case management or general legal administrative work. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and case managers by maintaining case files, communicating with clients, and managing schedules.Key Responsibilities:
Support case managers by organizing and updating legal documents and case files
Coordinate and schedule meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, including Spanish-speaking clients
Perform data entry, file management, and administrative tasks
Maintain accuracy in documentation and ensure deadlines are met
Assist with other legal and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in case management or legal administrative support preferred
Required Personal Injury experienceFluent in English, both written and spoken
Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with online tools and case management software
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
