Case Manager - Personal Injury at The Wilhite Law Firm – Denver, Colorado

What's the role:

• Conduct monthly case reviews
• Perform client interviews and gather information for case development
• Communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills
• Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters
• Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout each case's lifecycle
• Ensure clients feel supported and informed
• HAVE SOME FUN

What do you need to bring to the table:

• Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys
• Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accuracy in all aspects of case management
• 1-3 years' experience in pre-litigation case management
• Auto accident claims knowledge VERY helpful
• Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
• Office - onsite role
