Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Toyota dealership team. This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays a critical role in driving showroom traffic and sales opportunities.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for responding to leads, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience before the customer ever steps into the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet leads

• Schedule sales appointments for the showroom team

• Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools

• Provide accurate information on vehicles, incentives, and dealership processes

• Maintain detailed and organized customer notes

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals

Requirements:

• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods

• Confident and professional phone communication skills

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Sales or call center experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
