Job Site Monitoring: ensure permit issuers perform required pre-work inspections and verify job readiness.
Auditing: conduct regular field audits to confirm work complies with SWP conditions and complete Basic Safety Process (BSP) forms during audits.
SIMOPS: lead daily Permit Center planning meetings with construction and SWP issuers to identify and resolve SIMOPS conflicts in adjacent areas.
Maintain and communicate an active list of SIMOPS-related information (site-wide bulletins, notices of energization, CSU-owned systems list, controlled-area plot plans, and live pipe rack commodity plot plans).
