This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, delivery, and implementation of complex data solutions within healthcare and social care environments. The Principal Solutions Delivery Analyst will serve as the technical authority, guiding both internal teams and external partners through data discovery, integration, and transformation processes. You will translate complex claims, eligibility, and social care data into actionable insights for clients while ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. The role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with strong customer-facing skills, enabling you to navigate ambiguity and multi-stakeholder projects. Operating in a collaborative, remote-first environment, you will influence strategic decisions, mentor analysts, and help set standards for data delivery practices. This position directly impacts the success of large-scale solutions and contributes to improving outcomes across healthcare and social services networks.
Accountabilities:- Lead client-facing sessions to gather requirements, review data structures, and guide solution design.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with external partners, including payers, data vendors, and third parties.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex data inquiries across multiple databases, identifying defects and recommending solutions.
- Translate healthcare and social care data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Define data requirements, mapping documents, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions aligned with client needs and internal capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring consistent best practices and methodologies.
- Support onboarding, testing, and deployment, validating file formats, mapping logic, and outputs.
- Mentor analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and framework development for data delivery.
Requirements:
- 810+ years of experience in data analysis, integration, solution delivery, or technical consulting in healthcare, social care, or related domains.
- Extensive hands-on experience with healthcare file formats, including claims (837), eligibility (834), member/provider rosters, and utilization data.
- Strong understanding of social care data, service taxonomies, and cross-sector workflows.
- Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with third parties to resolve data structure, format, or integration issues.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions.
- Preferred: familiarity with coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS), value-based care, population health analytics, or outcomes measurement.
