Property Manager-Healthcare

Position Title: Property Manager
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: $52,000 – $77,000 annually
The estimated range is budgeted for this position. Final offers will be based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Position Summary

The Property Manager will organize and oversee all activities related to the operation and maintenance of Saint Anthony Hospital satellite facilities. This role ensures maximum efficiency, productivity, tenant/physician satisfaction, and optimal functioning of building systems and services, all within regulatory and financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage off-site and Physician Center tenant rental billing and collections; prepare monthly collection reports for Finance review.

  • Prepare and monitor lease arrangements, service contracts, and related billing; provide status reports to administrators.

  • Secure bids and estimates from vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee their implementation.

  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance services to provide 24/7 facility coverage.

  • Conduct site inspections to assess tenant needs and concerns.

  • Participate in Saint Anthony Hospital’s Safety Committee; conduct safety/security inspections and recommend changes.

  • Prepare and manage off-site facility budgets to maintain financial performance; provide guidance to SAHA Practice Managers to reduce clinic costs.

  • Oversee site development, including maintenance, space planning, and renovation projects.

Marginal Functions
  • Perform all job functions safely while adhering to hospital confidentiality standards and core values.

  • Maintain knowledge of hospital and departmental policies, procedures, sanitation, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

  • Participate in performance activities, including problem identification, data collection, solution implementation, and evaluation.

  • Assist with care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies.

  • Attend staff meetings, in-services, and other required meetings or committees.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency with PC and word processing programs.

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience with knowledge of real estate and facilities operations.
