Solutions Engineer - Agentic AI Platform at My Savant AI

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with the Sales and Product teams to demonstrate the value of CloneOps and our AI-powered communication and workflow automation platform to prospective customers. You'll lead technical discovery, design proofs of concept, and configure tailored virtual agent demonstrations that showcase how our product meets each prospect's unique needs. While internal collaboration is key to success, this role is primarily a customer-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales during discovery calls to assess client goals and technical requirements
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure a deep understanding of the platform
• Design and deliver custom demonstrations and proofs of concept using AI agent templates, by developing custom agents, and leveraging prompt-based configurations
• Serve as the technical expert during pre-sales engagements, addressing product capabilities, limitations, and integration options
• Translate complex product features into real-world business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Gather insights from prospects to influence roadmap feedback and improve demo experiences, and deliver takeaways from those engagements to your leaders.
• Document solution recommendations and handoff notes for Implementation Specialists to execute upon sale

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years in a technical support, customer success engineering, or solutions engineering role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to simplify complex concepts.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting at least some of: API events & payloads, JSON/webhook debugging, Logging platforms (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)
• Working familiarity with: AWS services, MongoDB or similar document databases,Node.js and JavaScript fundamentals.
