About This Position
Job Summary:
The Integrated Marketing Strategist leads the development and execution of holistic, cross-channel marketing strategies that advance business objectives across the entire customer journey. Serving as the strategic hub connecting Brand, Performance Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Channel teams, this role ensures cohesive, measurable, and high-impact initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media. In close partnership with a peer Integrated Marketing Strategist, this role co-manages the seasonal planning and orchestration of the business, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned to key commercial moments, promotional priorities, and revenue targets throughout the year.
Partnering closely with Marketing Directors, the strategist translates the CMOs vision into clear, actionable plans by shaping integrated marketing and campaign briefs aligned to business priorities, customer insights, and channel strategies. In collaboration with the Creative Director, the role leverages approved creative briefs to activate omni-channel campaigns that deliver consistency in messaging, offers, customer experience, and performance goals across every touchpoint. By tightly aligning strategy, creative, media, and seasonal business priorities, the Integrated Marketing Strategist drives disciplined execution, continuous testing, and optimizationfueling growth, customer acquisition, and sustained brand impact
Essential Job Duties:
- Strategic Planning & Alignment: Design and manage integrated marketing plans that span the funnel from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention, aligning with overall business and brand objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Creative, Media, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Brand teams) to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and channel-specific execution plans.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the development and launch of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, aligned offers, customer experience, and brand voice across digital, social, content, email/CRM, partnerships, and traditional channels.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Partner with marketing leads to define KPIs and measurement frameworks; work with marketing leaders to monitor performance across channels, drive learning agenda, and use insights to optimize tactics, budgets, and media mixes in real time.
- Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, audience shifts, and opportunities that inform strategy and tactical recommendations. Collaborate with CI to connect market insights with customer insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present marketing briefs, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 4- year college degree or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record in integrated planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including digital, social, content, paid media, CRM, and measurement methodologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms, attribution models, and performance dashboards is highly desirable.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and testing new approaches.
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment, and operating as a trusted partner to internal teams and external agencies to accelerate results.
