Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, interests and travel needs.
• Design personalized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities and additional services.
• Coordinate reservations and confirmations with service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Provide you with expert advice on destinations, activities and travel tips.
• Manage trip logistics, including ground transportation and any special client requests.
• Stay up to date on trends and news in the travel industry.
• Offer remote assistance during the trip to resolve problems and answer questions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in organizing trips or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
• Knowledge of online booking platforms and travel planning tools.
• Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.
• Connections with tourism industry suppliers is a plus.
