Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused Settings!
Position Highlights:
- Student Loan Repayment: This RN position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

Education & Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire.
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within one year of hire.
Work Schedule
- 36 hours/2 weeks
- Night shift
- Every third weekend
- Every third holiday
