About This Position

Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, black jack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only salt water pool!

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a HVAC & Refrigeration Tech. This position will report directly to the Facilities Director and will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and repairs of existing power services.
  • Assist in the installation of new power supplies.
  • Layout and installation of electrical projects
  • Maintain knowledge of all working phases of electrical maintenance, repair and safety.
  • Ensure proper care for all equipment, tools, and materials for electrical department.
  • Provide service for “on call” electrical support on rotating schedule.
  • Promote outstanding customer relations.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two years of trade school and Freon License preferred.
  • One year experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective diverse HVAC service issues.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry 85 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel frequently, and perform job duties in extreme weather with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be approved for a Mississippi Gaming License before starting.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
