Brandeis University is seeking a Web Content and Analytics Specialist to play a key role in shaping our digital presence. As part of the Marketing Communications Office, you'll collaborate with campus partners to ensure our websites are dynamic, data-driven, and user-friendly.

What You Will Do:

Analyze & Optimize: Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio to track website performance, user behavior, and key engagement metrics. Provide insights that drive content strategy and improve the user experience.

Enhance Website Content: Use Cascade CMS to manage and refine web pages, ensuring they meet accessibility (WCAG), branding, and SEO best practices.

Boost Search & Discoverability: Implement SEO strategies, optimize metadata, and organize content for seamless navigation and searchability.

Report & Visualize Data: Develop dashboards and reports that translate analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Ensure Quality & Accessibility: Conduct regular website audits to keep content fresh, relevant, and compliant with accessibility standards.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web content management, digital analytics, or digital strategy.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio—you know how to set up tracking, analyze data, and create dashboards.
  • Experience working in a Content Management System (Cascade CMS preferred). Bonus if you have HTML, CSS, or web accessibility experience.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and metadata optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in higher education or a similar institutional setting is a plus.
