Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and procedures
• Provide chairside support, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Take and develop X-rays as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized environment
• Accurately document patient information and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course
• Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent state jurisprudence for performing specified tasks
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Passion for working with children and ensuring a positive dental experience
• Minnesota Dental Radiology Certificate course to complete X-rays
