Department: Custodial - ServiceFM LLC
Reports To: Custodial Manager
Employment Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Compensation: $16 per hour plus Benefits and Incentive Bonus

Working hours: Monday through Friday - from 1:00 pm - 8:30 pm (including unpaid 30 minutes)

Job Summary:

The Custodian is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, wet and dry mopping, restroom and cafeteria cleaning, trash removal, grounds debris removal, window and door cleaning, and more.
• Set up and clean up for events, which may involve moving furniture.
• Perform floor and carpet maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a required background check to work in a school environment.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including walking, bending, stretching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pulling, and pushing.
• Strong customer service skills and a responsible work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capability to precisely track and log work hours using a smartphone
