Electrical Engineer at DeSHAZO IMS LLC – Azle, Texas

Engineer electrical provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs into standards.

• Continuously develop, refine, implement, manage, and maintain written procedures related to operating, maintaining, and recovering (emergency) electrical critical Systems.
• Design, assess, and conduct studies of electrical power, lighting, life safety, and other facility systems.
• Prioritize, manage, coordinate, and successfully execute multiple concurrent mission critical infrastructure projects with vendor resources, engineering/construction.
• Maintain vendor/contract relationships and management for Critical Environment and Building Facility Management organizations.
• Coordinates maintenance activities carried out by either colleagues or contractors in such way that it is performed in a proper, safe, and cost-effective manner, whilst meeting all the company objectives
• Advise supervisor about maintenance issues when there is pressure from the production department about conflicting interests.
• Communicate and coordinate between assigned departments and all involved departments.
• Provide the maintenance engineers with sufficient information and advice to be able to perform root cause analyses after repeating breakdowns.
• Advise supervisor about maintenance issues that might affect the quality or manufacturing production schedule or when there are conflicting interests.
• Performs coaching roll towards the electricians.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Science, Design, Computer Science, Technical, Education, Electronics, Mathematics, Technology.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical Engineering Degree Qualified with 3 + years' experience OR Recent Electrical Engineering Graduate with Trades Background
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, coordinate, integrate and articulate concepts, ideas, and concerns relating to interpersonal, organizational, and technical issues.
• High degree of comprehension and judgment for effective problem solving
• Self-starter with the ability to manage one’s own time appropriately.
