Maple Hill Auto Group is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle while building a successful career with our established, family-owned dealership. We've been serving the Kalamazoo community for 30 years, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing a positive, innovative automotive ownership experience driven by integrity, sincerity, and pride.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and help them find vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Work with customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Maintain knowledge of our brands: Audi, VW, Subaru, Hyundai, Volvo, and Genesis
• Collaborate with sales team and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep showroom and lot areas clean and organized
• Handle required paperwork and coordinate with other departments

What We Expect:

• Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales processes

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the US and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required

Helpful But Not Required:

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Bilingual capabilities

Monday/Wednesday: 9am-8pm
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9am-6pm (one of these days scheduled off weekly)
Saturday: 9am-3pm
