Responsible for delivering well-structured and engaging aquatic workout sessions that incorporate a variety of routines and movement patterns. Ensures classes are dynamic, safe, and effective for participants of all fitness levels while promoting overall health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead well-structured, engaging aquatic workout sessions

• Incorporate a variety of routines and movement patterns to enhance participant experience

• Ensure classes are dynamic, safe, and effective for all fitness levels

• Provide guidance and modifications based on individual needs and abilities

• Foster a welcoming and motivating environment for participants

• Monitor class safety and ensure proper execution of exercises

• Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends and aquatic exercise techniques

• Communicate effectively with participants to promote overall health and wellness

Qualifications

Must have National Group Exercise Certification and previous teaching experience. If applicant does not have National certification, it must be obtained within six months of employment. Experience is required.
