Do you thrive on providing excellent service? We're looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team! You'll be a client advocate, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be a client hero! Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships by providing exceptional support.
• Coordinate and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Handle routine client account requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Keep everyone informed! Track pending items and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

1. You are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
2. Undergraduate degree in Business preferred (but a can-do attitude and a passion for client service will take you far!").
3. You're a team player with a talent for organization and problem-solving.
4. Excellent communication both verbally and with office tech.
