Imagine joining an industry leader that is shaping the future of mission critical data center infrastructure and manufacturing marketplace development while furthering your career as a Data Center Product Manager - Embedded Solutions within the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Technology and Manufacturing space.

Our Data Center Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our Embedded Solutions and electronic components strategy which includes power metering, digital sensors as well as the integrated software and future predictive AI layers. You will play a key role in interfacing with customers, defining product platforms, and shaping the future of embedded technology in data centers and industrial applications, while responsible for defining product strategy, overseeing product development, and ensuring market alignment for embedded solutions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to uncover needs and turn insights into game-changing products.
  • Define product vision and strategy that keep Hyper ahead of market trends.
  • Drive product development with engineering and R&D — from specs to launch — ensuring we deliver high-performance, scalable, and future-proof solutions.
  • Champion product launches, fueling adoption and empowering our sales teams to win.
  • Balance cost, quality, and performance to keep Hyper competitive and unstoppable.
  • Shape compelling product positioning and marketing narratives that highlight our differentiators in a crowded marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven product management experience in embedded systems, electronic components, or mission-critical equipment.
  • Strong market analysis, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of embedded electronics, system architecture, market dynamics, system design, and firmware development, as well as customer-driven product innovation.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer needs into product features.
  • Analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management experience to lead product development and launch activities.
  • Industry certifications and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
