The Team

Our Product Team is heavily involved in the strategic planning and business goals of the organizationowning roadmap planning and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather competitive landscape insights, define objectives, and craft compelling value propositions. Working alongside Design and Engineering, we transform these strategic inputs into high-impact product initiatives that expand our product suite and deliver meaningful value to our customers.

Youll join a team that values transparency, accountability, and iteration. Our Product Managers partner deeply with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver exceptional results for both renters and property managers.

The Role

Were looking for a Product Manager, Analytics & Optimization who is highly collaborative, empathetic, and analytical, with strong technical fluency and a passion for building platform-level products.

In this role, youll partner closely with our Engineering and Data teams to:
1. Use our data in conjunction with the results for our property manager customers to tell the story of Findigs value.
2. Set up a system to iteratively improve on the recommendations we provide property managers on how they make decisions on applications.

Initially, youll own the roadmap for our Data and Analytics Team, ensuring they scale effectively and integrate seamlessly across our products. Over time, this role will likely expand to include key contributions to our Fraud roadmap, driving innovation in how we detect, prevent, and manage risk across the renter journey.

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundation of our platform, mentor early-career PMs, and elevate product excellence across the organization.
Where you will make an impact:
  • Share the value Findigs provides to property managers through our data and analytics platform.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to improve data quality, observability, and internal data productization foundational for analytics, fraud detection, and automation.
  • Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for complex, technical initiatives by translating system-level challenges into clear business outcomes.
  • Craft the analytics behind marketing collateral to supercharge our sales process and generate inbound leads.
  • Establish measurable success metrics for data and analytics investments and lead post-launch analysis to inform iteration.
  • Enable cross-functional visibility and communication, ensuring GTM, Ops, and Customer Success teams are aligned and informed on upcoming changes.
  • Coach and mentor early-career PM team members, helping establish best practices for discovery, measurement, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve how we define and communicate the roadmap, align cross-functional priorities, and strengthen our execution discipline.
  • Gradually expand scope to include Fraud initiatives, driving innovation in fraud signal detection, document verification, and trust infrastructure.
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in product management
  • Strong technical fluency; you are experienced with SQL and comfortable engaging with APIs, data models, and engineering trade-offs.
  • Proven success owning an end-to-end product area and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with data, infrastructure, or core engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • A highly collaborative approach and track record of building trust across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
  • Passion for mentoring and elevating others on the product team.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, or in domains such as tenant screening, fintech, or fraud prevention.
  • Experience in environments that blend build/buy/integrate product decisions.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, API management, or trust & safety systems.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to performance in the interview process, skill set, years and depth of experience, and the scope of responsibilities in the role. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
