Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Development and Testing Support Services | Systems Administrator II

Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico

Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required

Summary

We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Enterprise Management (EM) Development and Testing Administrator – Tier III to join our team supporting a large-scale federal IT environment. This role delivers advanced engineering, development, and testing support for enterprise management tools and systems, ensuring secure and reliable deployments across a hybrid IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and enhance EM solutions and endpoint management tools, including MECM (SCCM), Intune, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate enterprise application packages, operating system deployments, and policy configurations.

  • Perform impact analysis for new software releases, patches, and updates to EM tools.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for system configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement.

  • Collaborate closely with EM Administration, Packaging, and Reporting teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of tested solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3-level technical issues identified during development and testing phases.

  • Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned to support enterprise change control and configuration management processes.

  • Ensure all development and testing activities align with DoD cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and configuration control policies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in EM tool development and endpoint management within enterprise environments.

  • Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and software deployment best practices.

  • Hands-on experience in enterprise-level testing, system integration, and validation processes.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals, configuration baselines, and patch management practices.

  • Experience developing test scripts, tracking defects, and documenting quality assurance outcomes.

  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., STIGs, RMF, IAVAs).

  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting military or federal healthcare IT systems.

  • Knowledge of virtualization and hybrid cloud architectures (e.g., Azure, VMware).

  • Familiarity with Agile or DevSecOps methodologies in an enterprise setting.

Education & Certifications
  • Required (Foundational – one of the following):

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),

    • OR Security+ / SSCP.

  • Required (CE – one of the following):

    • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate,

    • OR Microsoft Power Platform App Maker.
