About This Position

Job description:

Epiphany Wellness is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to provide a seamless admissions process for all new clients upon intake. This role will be responsible for bridging the communication between our admissions department and our outreach department so that they work as one.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all calls and emails from potential clients are answered in timely fashion. This role will verify insurance benefits for incoming clients. This role will also perform phone assessments for admission in to an Epiphany Wellness treatment program. This role will also help facilitate referring patients to a partnered facility when necessary.

The ideal Candidate for this position will have previous experience in an admissions or business development role at a behavioral/mental health treatment facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering admission calls or emails for all digital campaigns and from referring facilities
  • Accurate CRM/EMR Data input and auditing
  • Initiating Medical Records Requests for new admissions
  • Assisting with patient queries and admissions procedures.
  • Assuring all insurance benefits are verified and leads are financially eligible for admission
  • Coordinating transportation, scheduling, and any other Admissions needs for intake
  • Auditing of calls, data entry, and documentation to ensure SOP is followed
  • Oversight on all Referral facilitation to ensure a smooth referral transition
  • On-Call and After hours availability as needed
  • Development and roll out of Alumni follow up process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • At Least 2 Years Experience in Addiction Recovery
  • Experience working in KIPU EMR, Salesforce CRM, and Call Tracking preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient Google Suite or Microsoft Office software preferred
