Responsibilities
This is a full-time, in-office position requiring presence most days of the week at our Clairemont Mesa Office in San Diego, CA.
Join our Finance team as an intern to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You'll support key financial processes while developing valuable skills in business analytics and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing routine financial packages including revenue/expense budget vs. actual reports, headcount tracking, and operational metrics
- Support revenue budgeting, forecasting, and analytics by helping process and analyze data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights
- Learn the month-end close process by helping prepare and validate accruals and journal entries
- Contribute to variance analysis and commentary for management reporting
- Support the monthly forecasting process through historical trending and data modeling
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects such as cost analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Gain exposure to how financial insights inform executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar.
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Graduating in Summer or Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027.
- Ability to commit 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the 2026 summer.
- Excel skills necessary.
- Communication and presentation skills required.
- Analytical skills, including the ability to utilize, process and analyze large amounts of data is critical.
