Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Home Health & Hospice at Corus Health – Albuquerque, New Mexico

About the Role:
At Corus Hospice in Albuquerque, we believe end-of-life care is sacred. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
  
• Follow care plans and clinical guidance under the supervision of RNs
  
• Support patients in their homes with household tasks that contribute to health and comfort
  
• Document visits accurately and communicate changes in patient condition
  
• Assist with exercises, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed
  
• Participate in team meetings and patient care conferences
  
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
  
• Be present, calm, and grounded for families in times of transition
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of a Medicare-approved CNA/HHA or hospice aide program
  
• Proven experience providing hospice or end-of-life care
  
• A compassionate heart and a steady presence
  
• Ability to document care clearly and communicate professionally
  
• Physical ability to support patient needs and home-based care environments
  
• Respect for cultural, spiritual, and emotional differences in end-of-life experiences
  
• A commitment to showing up — not just in body, but in spirit
  
• Emotional resilience and maturity
