The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ramping, training, and empowering a global sales team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for Account Executives, creating ongoing learning programs, and equipping sellers with the technical and business knowledge they need to succeed. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering, you will design, develop, and deliver learning resources that drive consistent sales readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, translating complex technical concepts into accessible, impactful training for the field. Success in this role requires independent execution, project management, and a strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Accountabilities:- Own portions of Account Executive onboarding, including content creation, facilitation, scheduling, and program management.
- Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions on product knowledge, sales processes, messaging, and GTM best practices.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other teams to translate technical concepts into effective learning materials.
- Manage enablement projects end-to-end, including tracking engagement, completion, and effectiveness.
- Support major enablement events such as Sales Kickoffs, certifications, and quarterly trainings.
- Continuously update and maintain training content to reflect evolving products, tools, and GTM motions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting sales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment; technical product experience a plus.
- Experience as a sales enablement facilitator, including content creation, learning path design, and delivering live sessions.
- Hands-on experience supporting Account Executives or Sales / Solutions Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and ability to support sellers at all stages.
- Familiarity with content management and learning management systems.
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
- Preferred: experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or MindTickle; previous Sales Enablement or L&D experience.
