Ketchup & BBQ Sauce Manufacturing Plant
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (First Shift)

• Lead and supervise the Quality team during first shift operations
  
• Ensure all products meet food safety, regulatory, and company standards
  
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation processes
  
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
  
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to maintain top-tier quality
  
• Champion GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs
  
• Prepare for and support audits with confidence
  

• Previous experience in food manufacturing quality leadership
  
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
  
• Leadership skills that motivate and develop teams
  
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
