Senior IT Support Technician at WinChoice – Mountain Pine, Arkansas

Are you the person everyone calls when something breaks — and you actually enjoy solving it?
We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of technical issues from start to finish. You’ll be the front line of support for approximately 170 employees and 200 contractors, keeping our systems, hardware, and SaaS platforms running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and working directly with both office staff and field teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own initial triage and troubleshooting of Tier 2 platform requests
• Support Windows and Apple devices across the organization
• Manage user accounts and permissions across Microsoft 365 / Entra and other SaaS platforms
• Provide phone and remote support to in-the-field sales reps and technicians
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with CRM and manufacturing software support
• Document solutions and improve internal processes
• Mentor junior technicians and analysts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required:

• Experience working in a Microsoft 365 / Entra environment
  
• Experience supporting multiple SaaS platforms
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
  
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments
  
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical users
  

Preferred:

• Help desk or customer-facing support experience
  
• CRM administration experience
  
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operations teams
