What You’ll Do

Process and verify vendor invoices
Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving)
Code invoices to GL accounts and cost centers
Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements and track due dates
Maintain vendor records and W-9s

What We’re Looking For

3+ years Accounts Payable experience
ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Strong Excel and attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
