Flex Seal is seeking a results-driven National Accounts Manager to lead growth across our strategic B2B distribution partners within the Industrial, Automotive Aftermarket, and Wholesale Distribution markets. This role will manage and expand relationships with major national distributors while identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, product penetration, and market share.
The ideal candidate brings experience working for a manufacturer selling through national distribution partners, understands the dynamics of distributor channels, and has a track record of developing joint growth strategies with large accounts.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience working for a manufacturer selling through B2B distributors.Proven success, growing revenue within national distributor channels.Strong understanding of distributor business models, margin structures, and channel strategies.Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and joint business plans.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel 25-50% to support key customers at tradeshows and in the field.
