Janitorial Custodian Job Highlights:

-Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning and dusting

-Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

-Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

-Take care of reasonable complaints/requests with integrity and patience

-Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

-Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

What We Look for in Janitorial Custodian

-Proven experience as a cleaner

-Prioritization and time management skills

-Working quickly without compromising quality

Cleaning; must have sufficient physical agility to perform assigned duties such as; dusting, polishing cabinets and furniture/woodwork; cleaning ceilings, walls, window shades, light fixtures, interior glass partitions, venetian blinds, sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes floors, vacuums rugs/carpets. Empties/cleans waste receptacles, cleans stairwells, hallways, restrooms, offices, lobbies, refills lavatory dispensers , coffe and rest areas and work safely within the dealerships' standard safety guidelines.
