This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth across IT services, consulting, and business process outsourcing (BPO) within commercial accounts. You will identify, develop, and close complex, high-value opportunities, working closely with senior executives to align client needs with innovative technology and service solutions. The position offers significant autonomy, responsibility for strategic account management, and collaboration with internal solutioning and delivery teams. You will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, expanding market presence, and contributing to long-term revenue growth. This role combines relationship-building, solution design, and strategic sales execution in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across IT services, consulting, and BPO offerings, including digital transformation, application support, systems integration, and AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and execute account management and go-to-market strategies to expand existing client relationships and capture new opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to understand client priorities, procurements, and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with internal solutioning, product, and delivery teams to design tailored, client-centric solutions
- Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness and profitability
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline management within CRM tools, providing timely updates to leadership
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and sales presentations to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership
- 10+ years of progressive business development experience selling IT services, consulting, or BPO solutions to commercial organizations
- Proven success managing and closing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong ability to align client business challenges with integrated IT and operational solutions
- Established director-level or above relationships within commercial enterprises
- Deep understanding of systems integration, digital transformation, and outsourcing services
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience developing pipelines, executing account strategies, and consistently meeting revenue targets
Preferred:
- Experience selling managed services, SaaS, or platform-based solutions
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller-Heiman) and account planning frameworks
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies, including partnerships and alliances
- Existing relationships within mid-market enterprise commercial accounts
